cnc tool radius setting.

ok,,,,, it's that time agian. gotta set all the tools . the thing is, i still have cone problems.(damn marmomeccanicca). so here is what i have in mind. i'm gonna draw a test piece with two parallel lines about 10" long and (http://maplered.com) 8" wide.(so i can use a digital micrometer) to measure accuratley each tool pass, and (http://maplered.com) adjust from there. my question is, does any body have a faster method that is acurate? this is gonna take all day saturday and (http://maplered.com) part of sunday.
